Tell Them From Me (TTFM) is a unique school survey evaluation system that gets to the source of known factors that affect academic achievement and other school outcomes. Reliable and trusted survey measures are offered along with the ability to craft the survey at the district level to fit the target priorities.
The TTFM Student Survey for grades 6-12 is available in the form of two themed surveys: Effective Schools Survey and Healthy Schools Survey. These themes use a specific set of preselected measures designed for that survey, as well as a number of core measures. TTFM also allows you to de-select any measures that are not of interest to you, or select additional measures from our extensive menu.
Open-Ended and Multiple Choice Questions
Further customization can be made through the Open-Ended and Multiple Choice Question features. Schools have the choice to create one or two of each if desired.
The Open-Ended Question responses, or student voice reports, can be investigated using a number of variables, such as time period, question, sex or grade. Our Word Cloud feature displays the words used most frequently in the responses, allowing an instant overview of all feedback in the click of a button.
The responses from the Multiple Choice Questions can also be used to drill-down the data. For example, you may ask students to choose which feeder school they came from, and then examine your survey results by feeder school.
Furthermore, if you already use a survey with some questions that are not covered in TTFM, then using these custom question features gives you the opportunity to combine the two surveys into one, lightening the survey load for you and for those taking the survey.
