The Learning Bar's online Student Survey is priced according to the number of participating schools. District Licenses can reduce the survey fees considerably. The online Teacher Surveys and Parent Surveys are priced seperately.

Student Survey Pricing

Two Student Survey options are available for schools to choose from: Continuous Monitoring and Essentials.

1. Continuous Monitoring - District License Agreements

A District License includes the entire Basic Package of services and features. Services/features included in the package:

Student survey - (2 snapshots per school year, monthly classroom selection, or weekly random selection)
One-Click School Reports – PDF report covering all student survey measures, with results by grade and gender, national comparison lines, automatically updated weekly
One-Click District Report (minimum of five schools required) - PDF report covering all student survey measures aggregated for all the participating schools in the district, with results by grade and gender, national comparison lines, updated weekly. Districts can drill-down measures by school.
Student graph reports on-line, with gender and grade drill-downs, plus optional custom drill-downs
"Replica line" results for comparison - a virtual school comprised of students with similar demographics to the students from your school who have completed the survey to date (updated weekly)
National-level results for comparison
Year-over-year comparisons for your school
Student open-ended question responses - online access for the school
Option for the school to add two of their own open-ended questions
Access to on-line resources on measure backgrounds
On-going on-line technical assistance
System upgrades as they are introduced

The District License also enables districts to include up to three optional drill-down categories for examining the student trajectory reports, at a one-time price of $500/drill down. Customized district reports, which could incorporate academic achievement test results as well as TLB Survey data, are priced individually upon request.

2. Essentials student survey - single use

Ideal for districts wishing to pilot our student survey or for individual schools. It would consist of a one-off school snapshot survey only, and requires no student data upload, no software installation, and minimal initial orientation. It is the same TTFM survey, and includes all the features of the full continuous monitoring system, except "replica lines," custom drill downs and district reports. Although certification training is not required, it is available for a fee. Involvement of the district, although encouraged, is not a requirement.
