ASMs use state-of-the-art delivery tools to facilitate online orientation and training sessions for both districts and schools, as well as for providing subject-matter expert sessions to enrich your own knowledge and experience. With in-depth product knowledge and familiarity with the reporting requirements in each province, your ASM can provide assistance with the selection of measures that will best align with your goals, and organize procedure training to ensure a commonality among schools. Drawing on the best practices of our vast member-base of educators, ASMs can also provide support for your initiative by recommending effective ways to use the surveys and interpret the reports.

Independence

Hands Off: If you prefer to work autonomously, the OurSCHOOL online environment and tools are very intuitive. We have made it easy to register schools and their leaders into the system, create a customized or pre-configured survey, choose measures, add custom questions, and to generally support the administration of the survey at the participating schools. The range of reporting tools bring a vast depth of information to your fingertips in a few simple clicks.

Resources

A wealth of member-only tools are available to you once logged in to the OurSCHOOL website. There are a number of how-to videos, step-by-step guides and references, and we have even written time-saving template letters for administrators who would like to get important messages out to stakeholders before surveys are conducted. Members also have access to recorded webinars facilitated by subject-matter experts on topics such as bullying and student engagement, as well as other webinars presented by members who outline how they use the Tell Them From Me survey to support their school improvement plans.

Helpdesk

Friendly, knowledgeable, timely and in-depth technical assistance is available at every step of the survey administration. When unexpected questions arise, our team of product-knowledge experts are ready to troubleshoot and respond.

Debrief

Although the reports that are generated are simple to interpret, on occasion it can be challenging to find the real story in your reports. We have gone the extra mile to make optional debriefs available to anyone who would like our experts to carefully review your data with you. An online meeting with school leaders can be scheduled to review the findings focusing on the areas of strength to be reinforced, as well as the recommendations for targeted interventions.
